Every Sasquatch is a unique and beautiful snowflake, physically as well as with respect to the other aspects of their lives, so when we design a plan we take into account all of these factors, the whole Sasquatch. Our training plans are designed to fit seamlessly within your weekly schedule allowing you to optimize your time and achieve the maximum benefit from each individual workout. We also understand how difficult it is mentally to see the forest for the trees, so we provide your schedule on a weekly basis, thus allowing you to keenly focus on the path before you as you put one bigfoot in front of the other.
Although this team of Sasquatch is spread out all over the globe, we all speak with one voice advocating for the sport we love. If we spot a runner struggling on the course, we offer encouragement. If we spot a runner that is hurt, we come to their aid. When one of us succeeds, we all do. With each run, don’t try to be better than anyone else.
